2.National governments, please use much more nations tax nations paid by working hard for nations food, living, healthcare, education, poverty act, and so on to make the nation’s life better.

Issues and objectives for future in our world
・To remove war, dispute, civil war and terrorism in the world
・To solve refugee issue quickly in the world
・To live a good human life with freedom and equality after solving poverty issue in the world
・To end the arms race in the world
・To cut defence budget of each countries by 60%
・To solve racial discrimination
・To solve global warming
・To achieve the world peace
・To open the way to a bright peaceful future and protect the survival of the human race

Solution for various problems
・UN ambassadors from around the world should gather in UN once two month and have a conference to discuss the solution of various problems happening in the world.
・All of 196 countries in the world should make in a peace declaration and promise not to fight a war again.
・Let’s establish an enforceable international law ( international rule) all the countries of the world must follow to achieve the world peace.
・Let’s strengthen the function and powers of UN.
・The public order in the world should be solved under UN by not the power of specific big countries but cooperation of all of countries in the world.
・Let’s establish ‘World Police’ and ‘World military force’.
・Let‘s send ‘World Police’ or ‘ World military force’ to any nations and radical forces who disrupt the world peace and all countries should work together to restore the public order.
・The budget and manpower for ‘World Police’ and ‘ World military force’ should be discussed by all countries of the world and decided depending on power of each countries.
・ Conflicts, civil war and refugee issue happening in the world are disgrace to human race. All countries should understand them as a world problem and be united under UN and work together with holding each other to solve problems peacefully. When you are not able to resolve any issue through discussion, you need to solve under the law. Then they should carry out the refugee return from other countries immediately.
・All are brothers. Racism is completely wrong.
・Global warming countermeasures is an urgent task. We should stop using fossil fuel and use natural energy. And stop destroying nature immediately.
・Let’s abolish nuclear weapons which destroy all civilization and eliminate nuclear power plants which are very dangerous for human being.

Epilogue
・The recent situation in the world is human crisis. If we proceed as is without changing, the world will be much worse and no humans’ future.
・Each nation should think and make a movement seriously to achieve the world peace. We must change countries and politics otherwise no achievement for world peace.
・We can’t rely on government, nation and others without our effort. World peace will never go forward without any our positive ideas. It would be far from it.
・Nations of our world, Let’s take into action immediately now not tomorrow. We should get interested in world peace and take a stand to change politics, countries, and the world.

If the world changes the self defence system of its countries, the life of nations will improve and we can achieve world peace. 

If the world switches from a self-defence system to a world defence system, each country can cut itself defence budget by 60 percent as well as eradicating the fear of nuclear war. 

Let’s become one world for peace.

1: Defend only countries with a domestic defence force. 

2: Defend countries only within alliance.

Current defence force

We couldn’t get rid of war in the past.

There is a risk that war will happen again.

We couldn’t avoid the threat of nuclear war.

Competition in the arms race will escalate more and more.

The nation’s treasuries will be worse off because of the increasing amount of expenditure.

As the social security budgets decrease, the nation’s life will deteriorate. 

The world poverty will increase. 

The world peace will never be achieved. 

Once the nuclear war occurs the human race will be in ruin. 

There is no hope for the future of the human race. 

Switch from the self-defence to the world defence system and globalise it on an international scale.

No risk of war in the future.

No fear of nuclear war.

Possible to stop the arms race.

Possible to cut 60 percent of the defence budget. 

Possible to retrieve affluence from the world’s nation’s budgets.

Possible to increase the budget of the social security and improve the quality of our lives.

Possible to get rid of poverty.

Possible to achieve world peace.

Possible to open the way to a bright peaceful future and protect the survival of the human race.

What is the world defence system?

The new world defence system I suggest is to defend countries not only with a domestic defence force but also to achieve cooperation between the countries in the peaceful world. 

Aims for total cooperation between countries in the peaceful world.

Never make war on other countries. 

Never invade other countries.

Abolish nuclear weapons completely. 

Countries that make these 3 oaths: No Fighting, No Invasion and Yes to Nuclear Abolishment, shall cooperate with one another in peace. 

In the beginning 2 nations must start to cooperate. From their example we can include other affiliate countries gradually by 10, 50, 100, 200 and beyond. If one of the affiliate countries is invaded or makes war on others, we should come together to cooperate against this aggression.

The UN force that shall be formed from the affiliate countries can stop the invasion and guard the safety of our citizen’s lives, freedom and peace. No military superpowers can fight against other united countries.   

When we look back over the past, we can see human history has been sadly segregated by war. We human beings don’t learn anything from our past history. One hundred and sixty million people were killed by wars in the 20^th Century. We can’t abolish war by continuing with this old defence model in our future world. Peace is the best pleasure and happiness for human beings. We can’t expect the survival of the human race without world peace. World peace and prosperity, freedom and equality of nations are a common wish with people all over the world. Let’s concentrate the wisdom of mankind and make our decision to move it to action immediately.

1.Nowadays, many people left their home, countries and became refugees in foreign countries because of wars in the world. They are desperate to run away from them. Lots of people lost their family and live separated from them. They are suffering from poverty and famine. They also die with disease, injury and violence. People are people over the world. We are all friends. We must solve incidents as a world problem not as a county’s trouble. Each countries in the world should unite firmly and solve it under the international law and the guide of UN. Let’s accomplish to make refugees come back to their home.

2.Our friends in the world are confronted with the risk of life, persecution and hardship because of religious or racial conflicts, civil wars and incidents. We need to think that’s a world big issue. It’s not just internal affairs of another country and establish an international law ‘the Displaced Persons Act’ which has strong force. This should be solved by discussion and the law. It’s necessary to reconcile leaders who have responsibility for conflictions at the peaceful table. Let’s relieve people immediately.

3.Let’s share global resources (in the sea, on the land and underground) from God equally with human beings all over the world.

4.Let’s share wealth in the world equally not to be only for some part of countries and people. It should be spread evenly by donation with the spirit of sympathy and service.

5.Let’s stop the poverty by making the world where people can have the equality of indispensable foods, clothing and shelters to live.

6.People are all friends. Let’s make the nation and the world where we can share, help and support each other with a sprit of dedication in the future.

7.Countries should use a lot of tax that people earned very hard for the nation’s life not for the nuclear weapons and other armaments which can kill and destroy people.

When we act the previous,
・No refugees in the world
・No discrimination in the world
・No difference in the world
・We can overcome differences of race and religion and cooperate.
・We achieve the world peace

★War, Peace and God

1. Human beings are not animal to fight and kill each other. We must not fight with dreadful weapons.

2. War and conflicts are just for killing between people.

3. We must not have war and conflicts which destroy life and deprive of human’s venerable life.

4. Let’s solve the problem peacefully without killing and fighting under the   international or domestic law.

5. We should not herald the war which is fought for God.

6．There is no Holy war that God admits.

7. God never expects war and conflicts.

8. God expects world peace forever.

9. God expects family peace, peace in workplace, regional peace, 

national peace and world peace.

★Humans future is crisis.
★The recent situation in the world is human crisis.
★If we don’t change and proceed as it is, the world will be much worse and no humans’ future.

1. A (a country) would threaten our country. We need to reinforce our military power to fight equally when the war happens.

2. In this way, each country in the world competes against hostile countries and reinforces its military power and spend a lot of budget for it. And the arms race is escalating more and more among countries. Now, it is no wonder when the nuclear war happens and extremely dangerous situation.

3. All the countries of the world shouldn’t reinforce their military power against hostile countries but proceed the peaceful diplomacy with them. They should have the peace congress positively and discuss to compromise each other.

4. Stop spending a lot of money to increase dangerous and dreadful weapons which destroy people’s life and kill people. Proceed the peaceful diplomacy positively.

5. All the countries of the world should be united and solve problems together at the international court and UN under the international law. They work together peacefully against nations that disorder the world without obeying the international law.

6. Countries should use a lot of tax that people earned extremely hard for the nation’s life not for the nuclear weapons and other armaments which kill and destroy people.

7. I send the message to all the countries of the world to achieve the world peace which is people’s earnest wish.

8. Let’s be one for world peace.

9. Let’s be united for peace.

10. Even now, dreadful murder, terrorism and conflicts are intensely increasing in the world. Killing between humans cause a chain of hatred and hard feelings. It will continue for the future. We must be united and solve problems under the international law without fighting and conflicting to cut off this evil chain.

11.Once nuclear war happens in the future, humans will peris. No future. If the world is united, nuclear will be unnecessary. Let’s abolish nuclear immediately.

12. Definitely, there is the theory of the sense of the heavens and the earth. Humans had better realize immediately before a serious matter will happen.

Let’s advance the development of pollution free clean energy that can be achieved by humans in the near future.

With our advanced science and technology pollution free clean energy can be achieved by controlling the Earth gravity.

We can reverse the gravity which pulls all objects to earth by removing the weight of those objects. Then we can transform it into a driving power. The transformed power will move all our vehicles.

We don’t need to use existing gasoline and fossil fuels.

This way we can decrease carbon dioxide dramatically which is our urgent agenda and decrease global warming problem.

As a result, we can get rid of air pollution and the earth will be clean and beautiful. We can open the way to a bright peaceful future and protect the survival of human race.

Who will discover and invent such a science?

Which country will make this breakthrough and develop skills for needed for the human race in the future?

I sent the above message to major Japanese universities, car companies, railway companies other companies and researchers of 34 energy development companies.

A car company, a railway company, a university and 2 companies are working in research and development as of January 2020.

1. We sent a message written in Japanese on May 31st.2012 to the leaders and nations
of 164 countries of our world including Japan and the UN.

2. We sent a message written in Japanese on June 11th.2012 to 26 different Japanese
news papers and Reuters news agency.

3. We sent a message written in English on September 29th.2012 to the leaders and
nations of 163 countries of our world including the UN.

4. We sent a message written in Japanese and English which is total 239 letters on May 29th.2014 to all the countries of the world,the UN,foreign media,Japanese media and the administration party and the opposition party of Japanese government.

5. We held the gathering “Let’s share the peace message for our children, grandchildren’s future” at Mie Prefectural Museum on April 12, 2015. A total of 50 people attended there. We made a strong decision to inherit the peace at moment to our children and grandchildren’s future. We got interviewed by 5 newspapers and 2 TV on that day. It was broadcasted to people living in Mie widely.

To all nations, do you appreciate the recent peace? Please keep and cherish it forever. This call is from the soul of fallen people in war 75years ago. Peace in Japan has been very precious thanks to 3,100,000 Japanese people who worked hard and was sacrificed in the Second World War. It’s adults’ responsibility to keep this recent peace for our children and grandchildren’s future. Let’s appreciate and cherish the peace and protect the Japanese peace constitution forever.

Peace is not something natural. Let’s appreciate the peace.
